On June 12th, the Global Distributed Storage Technology Conference 2021·Hangzhou, which is hosted by DSA Distributed Storage Alliance, co-organized by Zhejiang Blockchain Technology Application Association, organized by Hangzhou ZhongchainCloud Technology and Innoverview strategic partnership, was successfully held in Hangzhou. Mr. Cheng Lu, Member of the CPPCC National Committee, Chairman of Western China Research and Development Promotion Association and Former Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, was invited to attend and deliver the opening address.
Mr.Cheng pointed out that the digital economy based on big data has developed rapidly in recent years, and communication technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things have been well integrated with the real economy, generating huge economic increments. The digital economy grew by 39.6 trillion yuan, up by 38.2% from last year and accounting for nearly 40 percent of GDP, which is a very considerable figure.
Mr.Cheng pointed out that President Xi attaches great importance to the development of big data industry, pointed out that to promote the implementation of the national big data strategy, accelerate the construction of digital China.

He also pointed out that human society is entering a new historical stage of rapid rise of digital productivity, and big data is having a profound impact on global scientific and technological innovation, industrial restructuring and economic and social development. Technology will advance faster than anyone can imagine. In the next 10 years from now, we will experience more turbulence and create more wealth than the last 100 years, and the digital economy will drive us on the road to recovery now and in the future.
Mr. Cheng pointed out that big data is the foundation of China's economic security and an important strategic resource for the country, and it is very important to protect and utilize this resource well. The security and practicability of distributed storage technology lay a broad development prospect in the future.
Mr.Cheng pointed out that the national data security law will be implemented on September 1 this year. The Alliance should be established to promote the study, promotion and implementation of the Security Law as the first step of our work.
